(Video) 50 um fluorescent sphere imaged and deconvolved – Argo-HM

The pattern G (Meridians of a sphere.) from the Argo-HM slide was imaged on a Confocal system (Leica SP8), 63x/1.4 oil objective, DAPI channel (Excitation: 405 nm ; Emission window: 420-700 nm), no averaging. The resulting images were processed (deconvolution, surface rendering & movie rendering) by the nice people of SVI using their software : Huygens Professional. Argolight’s CEO Gautier Papon recently posted an article on linkedin about how the company managed to have our product scheduled for a shipment to the Internation Space Station. here is the lead : Two years ago, our small company was contacted by a NASA contractor to supply our product to equip the International Space Station microscope.
